The small town of Kongsberg represents a series of typical small-town development issues in Norway. At the same time, the already proportionally oversized local industry is expanding rapidly, which stress the need for increasing attractiveness and development of the city centre. The vision launched by the municipalities, “Kongsberg 40 000″, reveal great ambitions. But, is it sustainable..?
